fix(mobile): Fix minor issues with downloading assets

This PR adds minor fixes to download asset:

  • Fix https://github.com/immich-app/immich/issues/12909, https://github.com/immich-app/immich/issues/8815
  • Fix saving live photos when the live photo has a JPG file extension on IOS
  • Add refreshDeviceAlbums after finishing downloading the asset
  • Clear the temporary file after saving to the device's gallery
