[App]: Filter dont work (not in Album)

The bug

When I'm in the app and use the search for “not in album”, it shows me all ~1600 photos. However, when I am in the web view, it shows me (correctly) about 40 photos that are not yet assigned to an album.

Reproduction steps

1. Open App
2. Go to "Search"-Tab
3. Swipe right above the Searchbar to "Display Options"
4. Choose "Not in Album"
