I believe all of previous HRs are resolved, including privacy's needs resolution ones. From last HR, some changes are made but minor or permissions related updates. We could bring to CR if all permissions related updates are following discussions with privacy.

/agenda decide whether we need HR again or not over recent changes, and ask for transition to CR for WebXR Device API.
