Define interactivity

The proposal introduces an interactive attribute, which would allow a user to interact with the model. We need to specify what that means to some degree, or at least some expectations.

Further discussion has led us to stagemode="orbit", which I think makes sense - a further question is how much to specify the behavior of the manipulation scheme. on visionOS, the Quick Look behavior allows for 'pitch' and 'heading' on drag, and then zeroes the 'pitch' on release, leaving only the 'heading' rotation preserved. It seems like a reasonable conceptual frame of reference to pursue.

The question is: Is that a subject of standardization, or is it a good place to leave room for UAs to implement as they see fit? /agenda

It might be good to go into the scope of this, as well as whether we need to clarify the 'orbit fit' approach to an entityTransform applied for the duration of the orbit mode being enabled, beyond simply inside/during a gesture. I'm also curious about the best thing to do when intentionally ignoring updates to a "sometimes read-only" attribute like entityTransform during orbit being enabled. /facetoface
