added TR for bikeshed

added a line for TR, bikeshed configuration parameter.

Also there are two another error from bikeshed:

LINE ~236: No 'dfn' refs found for 'root element' that are marked for export.
LINK ERROR: No 'idl' refs found for 'requestSession()' with for='['XR']'. {{XR/requestSession()}}
