Classifier section is bloated

The classifier section has now become rather bloated and some of the subtopics don't make sense. We should probably make a new section (not subsection) for "data representation", "applications", ...

Hi, besides a more general re-organization of this section mentioned above, I think there is a small fix: currently we see

(1) Classification -> (2) Parameterized classifiers -> (3) Jet images

But it seems to be a mistake. It seems (3) and its fellow sub-subsections (Sequences, Graphs, etc) should in fact be subsections at the same level as (2). Is this correct? I'm happy to fix if agreed.
