Improve UX of opening nested layer

Screenshot 2021-04-17 235656 It's hard to open nested layer by double clicking on the body of state node without accidentally clicking on name label(which would trigger renaming of state node instead).

I always accidentally open the nested layer when trying to edit the name of the node, after this got fixed.
