Enable the missing_docs lint

Currently commented out as mentioned in #531

Bit tedious but shouldn't be hard to document the remaining missing bits - main cumbersome thing is probably some objects where the doc ends up copy-paste of method name whcih feels a bit redundant, but probably overall worth doing
