chore: bump image to v3.24.1

This PR bumps the default image version from v3.20.0 to v3.24.1. It would be nice if this change could release a new version of the chart, so that a more current version of imgproxy would be the default of the helm-chart.

The latest Docker image is v3.27.1. Any idea when this version, or the latest, will be applied to a new version of the Helm chart. This PR has been chillin' hard for 6 months.

It's been more than i year now. Is the chart supported or has it been abandoned?

The bump from the PR ended up being applied in https://github.com/imgproxy/imgproxy-helm/pull/196

We now have 3.29.1 available, so the chart still feels abandoned.
