Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

After install the AmtPtpDevice, both in normal model and testing model, with win11 23H2, three finger and four finger tap dysfunction, but drag work really well

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Sometimes, the multi finger tap, but soon dysfunction after restart and woke up from hibernate

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Multi finger tap keep working even restart the windows

Environment Add your device model, driver type (USB or SPI) and OS version here. win11 23H2, bluetooth with mac trackpad2
