Mouse cursor stops working once driver is activated

Im running a pretty much clean install of Windows 10 on a Macbook Pro 2017, and I have installed the mac-precision-drivers, it would work for a few days but then it would completely stop working, I rolled back the driver to the original drivers and their working again but its very frustrating
