Unable to find sharpen.properties

What does this mean?

I am just a user as well; but apparently the packaging stage is broken and the sharpen.properties file from src/main/resources is not being copied to the root of the output JAR file as it should be. As a JAR file is just a ZIP file with a different extension, you can use a ZIP tool to insert the file and Sharpen will then work.
