Generate HTML invoices from transaction data

Users need to be able to download an invoice for a given transaction. We can render this in HTML, but we eventually want to give them a PDF option as well (probably via https://github.com/gmanny/Pechkin). Once PDF support is implemented, we may also want to send them the invoice via e-mail.
