E-mail address verification

If we are going to display transactions based on a matching e-mail address, we need to have a way of knowing if the user has confirmed their e-mail address.

Proposed a registration procedure in reply to transaction examle mail. Confirmation of their e-mail could be part of this procedure.

When transaction contains user email, confirmation is done when the user clicks on the link to register.
When Google transaction contains a masked address, confirmation is one of the steps within the registration process.

This does not appear to be implemented - is there any code for this, or should we mark this an enhancement to-do?
