Why there's no spaz command

I tried to use spaz command but nothing happen, and saw that only return in spaz function. Why?

Add pb-id on .json not work

When i add my PB on owner's PB id's..The archive rewrite for The original when i start The server.. what is happening ?

can you add a money/bank system (like vortex server) in this script? I was searched for the bombsquad 1.7 above script but nothing uses the money/bank system.
