gist formatting incorrect after update

I've just updated to the latest octopress and my gists are no longer displaying as they used to.

I performed the following steps:

• git pull octopress master
• bundle install
• rake update_source
• be rake update_source

The colour highlighting has gone and you can see in this this link that it is not using the available width.

Have I missed a step?
