Getting black images

After all the procedure (training and testing) I get black and white images of lesion in "masked_out_seg_lesion_ck" folder. How I can get images that are defined in thesis or paper? Kindly help me regarding this matter. Thanks

Are you sure all images are black? Lesions are quite small, and just some slices have them with a few pixels belonging to the lesion, I recommend to observe a CT scan that has big lesions in order to see easily the results.
