Missing doc about Grafana

Hello,

I followed steps of the "Docker Deployment" section on the README. http://localhost:8888 now returns "Hello, World!". But how can I have the Grafana dashboard as you show on your screenshots? What are the steps? Sorry but I'm new with Docker and Grafana.
