[rfc] Replace all toolbar icons by the same "large circle" (alternative to #18)

Hi!

I came across Refiner at https://roman.pt/posts/refiner/ — interesting project!

The toolbar icons are — at default zoom level — literally too small to be recognizable with normal vision, the low contrast of the icon set adds to it, and the grayscale effect further adds to the problem.

I see three ways forward for a fix:

• a) increasing the icon size or
• b) increasing the contrast and/or picking a different set of icons or
• c) more on the unconventional side: turning all icons into the same — say — red circle, and let their mere position and tooltip text speak for them, i.e. fully removing the unrecognizable parts.

The screenshots below and the pull request path demonstrate approach (c) as an alternative to #18 that demonstrates (a).
