Hi, is your PCRF IP is 127.0.0.5 ? if not you should change PCRF IP in P-CSCF XML file.

Please share PCAP for more checking.

Based on trace, seems UE cannot attach to network, UE should attach first, then goes for IMS.

Hi, Check you IMSI 460000000003844, seems its wrong or not defined in HSS.
