URLS are messy

`https://angular-demo.buddycloud.org/#/user/[email protected]/posts` would be nicer as `site/` eg: `https://angular-demo.buddycloud.org/[email protected]` I believe the `try_files $uri $uri/ /index.html;` will mean you can loose the hash and be better indexed too.

Would be nice to have a mobile version that works with the buddycloud pusher.

Use friendly affiliation names

Currently uses: member, publisher, outcast... Usually we recommend: http://buddycloud.github.io/buddycloud-xep/#affiliation-to-xep-0060-mappings

change websocket to use buddycloud.org

currently points to laos... you should use the non-hosting version for more reliability: `https://demo.buddycloud.org/api/primus/primus.js`
