Add an option save original?

In depend on website, some website send a re-encoding webp image while the URL is jpg or png. When using a download tool to access the image URL the server will send the original image, unlike using browser.

ok, never had such issues, tho, I rarely need the original image, as most of the times the quality from the png or wepb I get is enough.
