Miss touched section in Pie chart

Describe the bug When I use the pie chart with some large centerSpaceRadius and try to hover on a section, the calculation tells that the hover is not on the section but actually it’s. This causes the tooltip to show incorrect information and the section to not highlight properly.

To Reproduce Edit the pie chart sample 1 sectionsSpace = 30 and the sections radius = 150
