updated to 0.14.0 but log still shows 0.13.0

Hi,

first let me thank you for that awesome programm!

I just tried to do the update from 0.13.0 to 0.14.0. Unluckily i couldnt find any info in the programm after the update where you can see the version beside the logfile which still shows:

09:26:24.059 [XYZ][main] INFO Server.start() @53 - Application Started 09:26:24.062 [XYZ][main] INFO Server.start() @54 - Program Version: 0.13.0

Is there any other way to find out the current installed version ? I just want to make sure im running the new version 0.14.0

This is the same for me but I uninstalled the bridge first, and then installed 14. Hard to see how it couldn;t be runnng 14 but would like to klnow if this is an error in the log.
