Windows 10 wont recognize USB examples

Despite trying both techniques mentioned in https://github.com/im-tomu/tomu-bootloader/issues/23 I am unable to get Windows to recognize any of the usb- examples; miniblink works fine, but anything requiring a USB driver results in:

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

in Device Manager. Please let me know if there's any more info I can provide or docs I may have missed etc. - thanks! :bowtie:

Do you have a repo somewhere showing your code? This doesn't look like the issue you linked, it looks like either a problem with the program you're compiling or the environment you're compiling with.
