This package is wonderful, thank you for saving me time in installation!

Could you please clarify the license for this package to acknowledge the hard work of the creator of djvu2pdf (add information about MIT) and add your license (I also recommend MIT)?

Just copy the file from the original repository and add your copyright notice below (or above) the djvu2pdf creator's note.
