outdated model name for reviewing pull request

*** this issue can only be fixed by maintainers ** as any pull requst send will not pass the tests as the original code still uses unupdated model name

the model name "gemini-1.5-flash" is outdated and there is no api key avilable for it try switching to updated gemini model like "gemini-2.5-flash-preview-09-2025" for generating pr summery

I’ve submitted PR #1 that updates the outdated model reference from "gemini-1.5-flash" to "gemini-2.5-flash-preview-09-2025" in the presubmit workflow.

The CI failure is expected since only maintainers can update the workflow secrets (e.g., LLM_API_KEY) for the new model.

This should resolve the model name issue once merged. ✅
