Make the bot "zone" aware

Right now the bot is only state aware (Raid vs Dungeons vs Expeditions, etc).

Sometimes, as a user, I would like to have specific settings for specific zones. For example: only use revive potions in Raid 7 and not in Raid 6 or similar.

This would only be possible if the BOT i "zone" aware.
