Pause monitoring

Thanks for the great app. It would be nice to have a Pause option in the Settings pull-down menu to stop monitoring a service

I recently worked on adding an ability to pause/resume monitoring a service. Here is the commit. https://github.com/iloire/watchmen/pull/94/commits/a493634cf1fc72feaf35e90722954d04ac85d7ab and the pull request https://github.com/iloire/watchmen/pull/99
