Patch and fliprate apply states
Hello illusion! Can you explain the difference between "patch apply state" and "fliprate apply state"? Thank you!
Fliprate just tries to unlock framerate in all games that use the sceVideoOutSetFliprate function. Patch state is simply just allowing libhijacker to patch games at all.
So when should I use "patch apply state" or "fliprate apply state" or both? And I heard that libhijacker works better in base game version 1.00. Is it true?
