virus problem! help

I'm not sure if it was this program or not, but a virus had infected my computer after downloading Pesterchum and since I don't know much about viruses, can't tell if it was this or something else.

I know Kaspersky gave a warning about the Pesterchum install file; I have since emailed them and they have confirmed that it is indeed a false positive and the file is safe. It should be fixed in future updates.

Well, I don't have Kaspersky. I actually use McAfee and since I had to set up some web rating thing by it, I can't even try to download it, even with disabling it.

It was not the install file. It was the zip version.
