Is pesterchum down?

Is pesterchum down? Is it just a server issue or is it going to be down permanently? My internet's working just fine and I was connected earlier today but suddenly I'm getting the "F41L3D: [Errno 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected" and that's where the message reaches the edge of my screen.
