Issue 10054/refusing to connect

Hi, new pesterchum user here. Running a x86 windows 10 and I can't seem to get the app to connect. I've tried the port forwarding in the code, which doesn't seem to do much except simply change the amount of time before I get the error. I would include a log of the debugger, but the debugger is also encountering its own issue (Error loading Python DLL: Python26.dll (error code 126) ). Any help to solve either of these issues would be much appreciated

managed to get the debug version working after realizing the mistake for 126 was not having python installed. after getting that up and running, now I am just unable to connect. here is a copy of the active log: https://imgur.com/a/5O8oUtO
