Did Pesterchum just go down???

I was using Pesterchum fine, and suddenly it crashed! Now every time I try to re-open it I get "F41L3D: [Errno 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond" What does this mean??? Is Pesterchum down for good??? I don't want it to be down! Why is this happening, and has anyone else had this issue?

It also doesn't work on Android. All I get is a pop-up reading "Not Connected. Please wait..." when I try to access "Memo List", "Chumroll", or "Set Mood". HALP

Hi don't know if you managed to use it but pesterchum isn't down (I've been able to use it) and if it isn't working for you let me know! I found a trick for getting it to work! :)
