Pesterchum wont open

I downloaded the program and it seems to get though norton fine and when i try to run it it gives me "are you sure you want to let this mack changes to your computer" and i click yes but then the window just closes and pesterchum doesn't open

I don't know if you still haven't figured it out but if you are on windows go to the Cortana thing and type in open pesterchum, It worked for me.
