Help please pesterchum won't open benn like this for 1 year now

hi can someone please help me my pester won't open i have tryed to unistalling and reistalling it just won't work

i have a TOSHIBA laptopjust so you know please help soon

thanks it worked but now i have another problem if you think you could help out well each time i exit my profile and then try to go back in it keeps saying that the username is taken but its mine. could you please help

You have to completely close all instances of pesterchum. Check the bottom right of your taskbar, and there should still be an instance of your chum client running (the icon should look like whatever theme you have for your client). Either close that too, or click on it to log into your profile.
