Untested version: Won't open

I did the debug (multiple times opps) and all I got was this. https://pastebin.com/uQC7BALD I'm not sure what to do, but All I know is that it won't run unless it's the first thing I open and then I can't open other programs.

http://www.iobit.com/advanceduninstaller.html you'll lose your logs and stuff but uninstall it with this and check the box to remove all residual folders
