Uhh, Random encounter button?

I haven't used Pesterchum in a while so idk if my thing is outdated even though it's the 3.41.3 version. Or if one of my settings it wrong. But the Random Encounter Button is grayed out. I've been looking around a bit and I see that it might be that it's down? Maybe I just picked a bad time to come back XD But uhm is there like a time limit to when it should be back up? Should i wait a day? Or two?
