Pesterchum wont open

I downloaded pesterchum last time and it worked perfectly but after i turned it off for sleep but now it just wont open, i tried re installing, restarting my computer,putting the files in another folder, nothing,wont open, i tried debugging and it shows me a json object couldnt be decoded, heres the full error http://pastebin.com/VFXQEmce please please help me i want to open this
