Chumhandle is not going.
This usually happens when someone else is on your handle. What is your handle? Also, oftentimes people start up TWO instances of Pesterchum, and don't realize it -- make sure that isn't happening!

(Making an assumption based on the comment about their English) There also might be the issue of pesterchum weirding out when it finds Unicode characters in windows. So if the first solution doesn't help, you can always try using the portable build which doesn't run into this problem.
