Tabbed and Mica material Please!

Hi, do we have some plans to support Mica and Tabbed materials?

C++ or CSS ? if its C++ , i am currently in the process of learning it, can you tell me things that i will have to know to implement this ? i will look them up and see if its possible for me ..
