The most basic utilization graph might include:

• X-axis: Time (eg: a span of a week)
• Y-axis: Number of students on queue

Other useful metrics (or overlays):

• Average student wait time over time (eg: Monday might have a 1 hr average wait time during the busiest time of day)
• Number of staff on the queue vs. utalizaation
• Breakdown of common substrings in question titles (eg: "mp3" vs "exam" vs ...)
