I've fixed it on my app by ensuring `` using the image name 'ic_notification.png' and also ensuring your GCM data has this property: `icon: 'ic_notification'`

@piubellofelipe I'd recommend using @sintylapse's temporary solution until it's fixed. Graceful enough for me in the meantime!
