https://superuser.com/questions/1792249/ffmpeg-suppress-warning-when-writing-to-a-single-image seems to refer to something similar. I am not sure why QualCoder is looking for an image in the audio file. The file `/audio/waveform.png` is readable by my computer.

I note that reinstalling QualCoder with the commented out line also crashes QualCoder when attempting to open audio/video files. But in the shell I cannot find any error message.
