Compatibilty with Windows 10 / RDP sessions

Hi,

After version 0.6 I was able to use this over RDP sessions without problems (on a Windows 7 machine).

I have since upgraded to Windows 10 and now the commands are not being passed through. On the RDP session caps lock is still functioning as caps and not control/escape.

Can I ask has anyone got version 0.6 working on a Windows 10 host machine?

Note if I select "Apply Windows key combinations" to 'On this computer' then dual-key-remap works however I'm stuck without Alt-tab functionality on the remote desktop.

I would like to have both if possible :-)

If anyone has experience with RDP and manually sending key events, let me know and happy to implement a fix.
