Yesterday I was getting a 500 error, now I'm getting a 502 error. Will check again later.

I was able to register, but I'm mainly getting 502 and 524 errors at the moment, so I'll try when it's less of a pain.

No, you'd need to run two instances of Jackett itself, not just access Jackett using two different browser profiles. Easiest way to do this is with Docker.
