If your DNS server is behind NAT, you would have to make sure that you use the public IP address of the router and that IP address is mapped correctly....
Try enabling debug level for logging and check for `rndc status` command output as well. I would suggest fixing your DNS [issues](https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=dns%3aconsciencestream.com&run=toolpage) first.

If you want it to work right now, you will have to manually adjust start, restart and stop commands and other params in Webmin Apache module config.

It does exists. On later Debian systems we should put our key to `/usr/share/keyrings` directory, as advised by the docs. We will already be doing [this](https://github.com/virtualmin/virtualmin-install/commit/4e649c05ec07cc41a6b0992e5378aea3d513dd4b) for Virtualmin 7 installs.
