Translations
- This original version and content of the guide is maintained in English.
- Translations follow the content of the original. Unfortunately, contributors must speak at least some English, so that translations do not diverge.
- Each PR must receive at least one approved review from others before they're merged, it is important to maintain quality.
- Each translator can only apply for one chapter at a time.
- PRs should only modify a chapter or an article at a time.
Changes to translations
- Changes to content should be made to the English version first, and then translated to each other language.
- This repo only accepts changes that improve simplified Chinese translations.

i think we should show the table in the README.md . so we know which chapter is translating by someone . in case of repetitive work.

My Chinese language is too poor for such reviews, but I can give rights to someone who is proficient enough to commit changes.
I'm sorry to have been delayed so long, I just finished my part of the translation yesterday, so I will have more free time this week to review these PRs.

I have signed off Contributor License Agreement but it's always showing pending status even I rechecked many time. Has anyone encountered same issue?
@arproio probably it was a little bit modified (fixed typo), that's why. Sorry for that, not going to change it again soon.
For the reason of work, I almost finished my part in recent days, but when I create a PR, it shows that commit history is entirely different. So what should I do now? @sqrthree I have forked this latest repository, should I check and translate it again?
