Hello, I would like to propose a new icon for the app.

I would change the Icon completely. Current is very complex and hard to see what's there when it's small enough.

thanks for feedback, is there some way I could propose more icon designs instead of using pull requests for each proposal?

You could create an issue and post pictures (icons) there. The advantage is that we all can see your proposals, while here in the change request I just see a binary and a filesize (but I found it in your repos).
