On homebridge restart the accessory room is being set to Default room

The Melcloud Accessory (AC) is designated to a room. After every homebridge restart it get's lost and is defaulting to Default room. Any idea why?

Can't seem to be able to adjust fan speed

Am i missing something here? I can only seem to set temperature, vertical/horizontal tilt angle degrees and mode (Auto|Cool|Heat|Off) but not actually the speed of the fan? Any help appreciated!
